SEARCH AND SELECTION PROCESS
The client provides a position description including an agreed shortlist timeline, and a summary of terms and conditions for the role.
If required, Magnum Consultancy will post your position/s on Magnum Consultancy’s social media or Linkedin. Any other print media advertising (mutually agreed) will be billed at cost plus % mark-up. In the present employment market, we encourage the client to seriously consider our facilitated print media advertising to compliment the paid electronic media advertising.
- Magnum Consultancy will formally acknowledge receipt of candidate applications.
- Magnum Consultancy will search their database for suitable candidates and conduct in-depth telephone screening interviews.
- The client will receive CVs and cover notes of suitable and interested candidates.
- Choose your shortlist and the selection process commences. Magnum Consultancy can coordinate this at your request.
- Magnum Consultancy will undertake reference check and certification checks.
- Any site visits and/or final interviews can be facilitated by Magnum Consultancy at your request.
- Magnum Consultancy will formally advise those candidates who are unsuccessful throughout the process.
